食べるのを忘れていました。
作る気力が無かったので、
ご飯とさんまの缶詰にしました。
【夕食】
夕食は、ご飯とサバの照り焼き、
イワシの昆布巻き、海藻サラダ、白菜の浅漬けです。
今日は野菜が多いので、
とてもヘルシーです。^^
【感想】
朝バナナも慣れれば、問題ない気がします。
体調も良いですし、便通も良いです。
今日は特にグルテンフリーを
意識することがありませんでした。

割と平気です。
